Our Production Focus
We focus on repeat production work, with ideal job sizes of 500 pieces or more, supporting customers who require thousands of identical parts held to tight tolerances. While our core strength is production manufacturing, we also support select prototype and pre-production projects when they are tied to a defined path toward ongoing production. One-off work is not our focus.
Capabilities & Equipment
Our shop is equipped for 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling and turning, allowing us to machine complex components with repeatable accuracy. We are capable of holding tolerances within a half-thousandth (±0.0005”) and currently manufacture components for the medical industry and AI infrastructure, where precision, process control, and dependable delivery are critical

TURNING:
CNC lathe turning for accurate, repeatable parts
ADDITIONAL OPERATIONS:
Laser engraving (part numbers, designs, serial numbers, etc.)
Drilling, tapping, threading, and finishing services including powder coating, plating,
heat treating, and anodizing

We machine a wide range of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, and additional materials upon request, and offer secondary operations such as drilling, tapping, threading, laser engraving, and coordinated finishing services.

Proudly based in Watsonville, we serve manufacturers throughout the Central Coast and the Bay Area who are looking for a responsive production partner outside of Silicon Valley. Brothers Precision Machining is growing rapidly, and when a project demands it, we are willing to invest in new equipment to support our customers’ long-term production needs.
